2024-2025 Submitted Service Rates

As part of its commitment to transparency and providing more timely communication about budgeting and rates, the N.C. Department of Information Technology has published below FY 2024-2025 service rates recently submitted to the N.C. Office of State Budget and Management, in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143B-1333(a).

The release of this information is intended solely for planning purposes. Rates are pending approval by OSBM and are subject to change. Rates will not be final until after the state budget is certified.

Subscription

Agencies should anticipate a 4% increase in the NCDIT subscription – the base charge all customers pay for using NCDIT as a service provider. The FY 2024-2025 subscription accounts for a legislatively mandated 3% employee pay increase and is calculated based on the agency’s usage of IT services in FY 2023 (July 2022 to June 2023).

Agency Impact Analysis

Finally, you should have received an agency impact analysis (based on your current level of service consumption) from your agency’s NCDIT business relationship manager. If you have not received it, please reach out to them. (You can find a list of BRMs at this link.)
