As part of its commitment to transparency and providing more timely communication about budgeting and rates, the N.C. Department of Information Technology has published below FY 2025-2026 service rates recently submitted to the N.C. Office of State Budget and Management, in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143B-1333(a).
The release of this information is intended solely for planning purposes. Rates are pending approval by OSBM and are subject to change. Rates will not be final until after the state budget is certified.

Subscription
NCDIT increased subscription for FY 2025-2026 by 3% overall. The subscription is the base charge all customers pay for using NCDIT as a service provider. The FY 2025-2026 subscription accounts for a legislatively mandated 3% employee pay increase and is calculated based on the agency’s usage of IT services in FY 2024 (July 2023 to June 2024).
Agency Impact Analysis
NCDIT has produced an analysis of the FY 2025-2026 rates versus FY 2024-2025 rates to show the impact by agency or organization. You should have received this analysis from your agency’s NCDIT business relationship manager. If you have not received it, please send an email to ditbrm@nc.gov.
