We calculate the subscription based on your agency’s prior service consumption. Each agency is charged a portion of the total subscription amount that is appropriate to the services consumed by that agency. Learn more about how we calculate subscriptions.

We establish service rates using a consumption-based model that reflects our customers’ actual use of the service, trends and formal agency commitments to using services. Learn more about how we determine service rates. 

We communicate rates and important information about billing several different ways:

• Monthly and as-needed messaging to agency billing contacts registered in NetPlus. (Billing contacts are responsible for communicating information as appropriate to others in the agency.)
• Monthly meetings (as needed) for agency chief information officers and chief financial officers
• Quarterly town halls for local government contacts
• Direct communication through our business relationship managers

Current service rates are available on our service rates page. They are also linked under the Costs section on each service page of our IT Services website. 

We calculate subscriptions on a yearly basis. Service rates are based on your agency’s use of the service for the prior month.
