BA Foundations Training Class

A quarterly BA Foundations training class is open to all state IT and business professionals. The class covers standard business analysis tools and methods leveraged by the team which echo practices espoused by the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®). The practices align well with other influencing frameworks such as TOGAF® and PMI®. The sessions have been very well received and are proving to be an excellent venue to share practices and learn from others across the state enterprise. The class includes presentation content, workshop exercises and even a little fun!

Class attendees have been from diverse functional areas, as you would expect for the domain of Business Analysis. DOA, DHHS, DOT, Commerce, DEQ, OSHR, DPI and DIT have all been represented and by attendees who have held roles in Project Management, Solution & Enterprise Architecture, IT Management, Procurement and from the full spectrum of specializations that existing within the BA role.
