NC360 is an immersive experience that allows anyone across the world to virtually discover North Carolina’s most popular natural and cultural attractions.

This is the most comprehensive state-led 360-degree imagery program in the country.

The N.C. Department of Information Technology mapped historical and cultural sites across the state using the Google Street View Trekker, a backpack with Google Street View cameras mounted to the top. The project was expanded to include imagery from other 360-degree cameras. The project helps us share more of what North Carolina has to offer to students, teachers, rescuers, explorers and the simply curious.
