Title 9 of the N.C. Administrative Code contains the information technology procurement rules. The rules are mandatory for use by Executive Branch state agencies and recommended for use by other government entities when procuring IT goods and services.​

The IT procurement rules addressed in 09 NCAC 06A and 06B were amended effective Sept. 1, 2013. The documents below reflect those changes.​
