There will be a brief technical overview of the PTP Dynamics Environment Stack and Azure Foundational components supporting PTP as well as a presentation on the AccessDEQ portal and the Dynamics PTP Model Driven Power Apps to showcase the PTP Dynamics Common Data Model, which utilizes a common language around permitting processes. See a demo of the various system integrations that the PTP solution employs involving document management and data analytics: Laserfiche, SharePoint, Smart Flows and Power BI.
The PTP Data Team and DEQ Enterprise Data Warehouse are “data movers.” As a team that supports the PTP initiative to move DEQ divisional programs onto the Dynamics 365 Solutions, the DEQ Enterprise Data Warehouse provides historical data to assist in starting DEQ divisional programs on the Dynamics system. It also Identifies manual processes in the organization that may be less modern and replaces them with modern solutions, so they are more effective for the organization, and deliver advanced analytical solutions that are refreshed from many of those same data sources in an integrated way. This enables DEQ users to use their valuable time analyzing and acting on information versus spending time pursuing it.
