| N.C.G.S. 143B-1333 (a) |
The State CIO shall establish and annually update consistent, fully transparent, easily understandable fees and rates that reflect industry standards for any good or service for which an agency is charged. These fees and rates shall be prepared and submitted by the Department to the Office of State Budget and Management and Fiscal Research Division on the date agreed upon by the State Budget Director and the Department's Chief Financial Officer. The rates shall be approved by the Office of State Budget and Management. |
