As required by state law, the N.C. Department of Information Technology updates its fees and rates each year to reflect industry standards for any goods or services that we charge state agencies and local governments.
The current year service rates below reflect the rates we submitted to the N.C. Office of State Budget & Management in FY 2025–2026 and that the N.C. General Assembly approved for FY 2026–2027.
Customer Expectations
We are committed to providing clear and timely communications about billing.
As a customer, you should review your billing monthly and report any billing issues in a timely manner.
We send formal billing communications to the agency billing contact listed in the NCDIT Customer Care Portal (also referred to as the NetPlus billing system). They should share relevant information with the appropriate decisionmakers at their agency.
