Several NCDIT service teams have established service-specific customer portals leveraging SharePoint. These portals supply additional service related information and resources helpful to customer onboarding to that service.

NCDIT has created a number of collaboration opportunities for IT professionals. These user groups and Communities of Practice have been well received and are delivering value to both the individual members and the agencies they serve.

  • Service Catalog Updated when services are introduced or discontinued, the Service Catalog explains services and service components available to customers. 
  • Communication Hub Used to publish information about planned and unplanned service outages, current status of services, new service offerings, technical information bulletins and other publications.
