AI Accelerator Intake Form

Provide as much detail as possible. These questions are to help the AI Accelerator Team to understand the need, impact, and feasibility of requests.

If an intake request is approved to move forward with the AI Accelerator, the agency will be asked to provide the following:

  • Agency CIO approval
  • Personnel to support the AI Accelerator sprint (one technical point of contact and one business point of contact, at a minimum)
  • An agency leadership team to attend weekly status meetings
