We Are NC Gov 1.0 The very first We are NC Gov digital conference took place in Raleigh on May 4th, 2018. More than 100 of the state’s digital communicators, web designers and marketing specialists from more than 30 state agencies and commissions gathered at the iCenter for the event. DIT Secretary and State Chief Information Officer Eric Boyette opened the conference with the reminder that "Digital services is a great way for our state to connect within agencies and with our customers, to deliver A+ customer service." Keynote Talk Nikhil Deshpande, Chief Digital Officer for the State of Georgia Mr. Deshpande, the event’s keynote speaker, talked about better citizen services through digital strategy.
