Cybersecurity Awareness Art Contest

MS-ISAC Cybersecurity Awareness Art

Students of all ages are invited to participate for a chance to use their original artwork to help raise awareness of internet and computer safety among their classmates.

Each year, the Center for Internet Security’s Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center holds a national K-12 art contest to encourage young people to use the internet safely and securely as well as to craft messages and images that resonate strongly with other students.

MS-ISAC will select winners from three grade groups (K-5, 6-8 and 9-12). Thirteen winners will have their artwork displayed in the 2022 MS-ISAC calendar, which will be distributed throughout the country and used in campaigns to raise awareness about cybersecurity. (Check out the 2021 MS-ISAC calendar.)

The top four submissions will also be used as posters that promote good cybersecurity practices. (Check out the winning posters for 2020.)

How to Participate

The national contest is open to all public, private and homeschooled students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Each student may enter one work.

  1. Download an entry form and contest rules.
  2. Create original artwork that illustrates the safe use of the internet and/or mobile devices.
  3. Submit a scan or high-resolution image of your artwork, along with the entry form, by Jan. 22, 2021.
