Statewide IT Procurement has recently made important changes to the IT solicitation template and terms and conditions currently located in the Ariba Sourcing Library, PCORE, and the NCDIT website.
Agencies should be aware that these revisions affect several templates:
The changes are clearly identified in the Updates section of each template.
Changes include:
- Elimination of the text related to any mailed or faxed solicitations.
- Clarification on how the eProcurement system processes all contracts and requisitions.
- Clarification in the Terms and Conditions that the 1.75% eProcurement fee only applies to goods procured.
- Removal of the clause concerning Historically Underutilized Businesses.
- Minor changes regarding GovRAMP incorporated into the Vendor-Hosted/XaaS Terms and Conditions and the RFP Terms and Conditions for Vendor-Hosted Solutions.
- The NCDIT SaaS Terms and Conditions revised to correctly be referred to as “DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VENDOR HOSTED DATA AND/OR “AS A SERVICE” APPLICATIONS.”
