Becoming a Vendor
If you are a vendor wanting to do business with the state, you must first sign up on the North Carolina electronic vendor portal. This allows you to:
- Receive information on upcoming bids
- Participate in the electronic procurement process
- Participate in the state’s Historically Underutilized Business Program
- Participate in the North Carolina Small Business Enterprise Program
In the portal, you can register for all applicable commodities, goods and services that your organization provides. Registering also allows you to receive vital information about bid opportunities that match your interests. In most cases, you will also submit proposals using the portal.
