Srini Kasthoori
Appointed to the N.C. Information Technology Strategy Board by N.C. Speaker of the House Tim Moore, Srini Kasthoori is a global technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation for Fortune 100 clients across the consumer, retail, travel and healthcare industries. As senior managing partner at DXC Technology, he leads strategic initiatives that leverage AI, data analytics and cloud technologies to modernize enterprise platforms and enhance omnichannel customer experiences.
Prior to DXC, Srini was a managing director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Digital Technology Innovation practice, guiding enterprises through large-scale digital transformations. Before that, he spent nearly 15 years at IBM as a client partner in Global Business Services, working closely with Fortune 100 companies to implement advanced technology solutions that improved operational efficiency and customer engagement.
A recognized thought leader in AI, Srini has been at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into business strategy, helping organizations harness AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making, automate processes and deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences. His expertise spans digital strategy, IT modernization and next-generation platform development, positioning global enterprises for sustained growth.
Beyond his industry leadership, Srini serves as a coach and advisor for UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler New Business Ventures and Launch Program, a high-impact initiative focused on accelerating commercialization strategies for executive MBA graduates.
Srini holds a Master of Science from Annamalai University and has completed executive education programs in consulting and generative AI from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
