Coming June 8: New NCDIT Support Portals

On June 8, the N.C. Department of Information Technology will launch new support and service management portals for our agency customers and employees:

  • NCDIT Support Center for agency partners
  • Employee Service Center for NCDIT headquarter employees

What to Expect

We will be performing scheduled update activities beginning Saturday, June 6 at noon and continuing until 7 a.m. Monday, June 8.

During this time, the current service portal will be unavailable.

If you need assistance during this time, please contact the NCDIT Service Desk at 919 754 6000. (Please note that during this time you may notice slightly longer response times.)

If you visit the portal during this maintenance window, you will see a message directing you to call the NCDIT Service Desk.

Updates will also be made available throughout the weekend through our Comm Hub portal.
