N.C.G.S. 143-805 Reporting

Overview

As required under N.C.G.S. 143-805, public agencies must submit each year to the State Chief Information Officer a report of known confirmed incidents of unauthorized viewing or attempted viewing of pornography on public agency networks or devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).

Please submit the report for your public agency by completing the form below.  The reporting deadline for FY 2025 (July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025) is Aug. 1, 2025.
