The new Guided Sourcing functionality in Ariba’s Sourcing Tool is now live and introduces enhancements to the statewide IT eProcurement process: the most notable change affects Step Nine (review and approve award recommendation) of the process.
This change enforces that only one step can now be open at a time, ensuring that each step is completed and closed before the next begins.
