Landon Perry

Landon Perry serves as internal audit director for the N.C. Department of Information Technology. Perry and his team assist NCDIT management in accomplishing the department’s objectives through independent assurance and advisory projects designed to improve the effectiveness of NCDIT’s governance, risk management and internal control.

Prior to joining the department in 2020, Perry was audit director for the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality and served in various audit and compliance roles, including within the N.C. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Inspector General.  

Perry is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Government Financial Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University and a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University.
