Our Service Catalog explains service components and the rates associated with utilization of the service, and is updated when services are discontinued or new ones are added. Rates are established on an annual basis, with approval from the Office of State Budget and Management. The Business Relationship Management (BRM) Team builds and strengthens collaborative and trusting relationships with Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) customers by advocating on their behalf and ensuring that our services meet their business requirements. Partnerships with Project Management Advisors (PMAs) in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and with OITS support staff help us develop a thorough understanding of current and planned agency projects, enhance communications with customers, and improve customer service.
We maintain a comprehensive record of our current and previous billing rates, denoted by year and service category. The Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) approves all rates for our services. Billing rates for 2015-16 take effect July 1.
