Microsoft Training Opportunities
Microsoft provides online training classes for many of its products available for North Carolina state government users. Classes are free, but registration is required.
Below is a list of topics and upcoming classes. To register, click on the date and time of the class you would like to attend.
Cloud Storage: Microsoft OneDrive for business, Teams, and SharePoint online

Enterprise Skills Initiative Blended Learning
Enterprise Skills Initiative blended learning is a new training option on the ESI Learner’s Portal that gives you more flexibility to complete your Microsoft Training & Certification courses. You will experience the content of the classic four to five-day training courses over four weeks, enhanced with personalized syllabus, self-directed training, instructor-led mini-sessions, hands-on labs, and class communities via Teams.
Learn and excel at your own pace while performing your daily responsibilities! The Teams channels (with videos and recordings) are available for 60 days after the course ends and labs are available for six months after activation. Explore blended learning courses options here.
