Technical Details

The MAC and Maintenance portion of the contract provides a vast array of support services to address such issues as:

  • Updating Patch Configurations
  • Installing New Licenses for System Expansion
  • Firmware Updates
  • Running Security Scans
  • Installing Network/System Devices
  • Reconfiguring Routing Tables
  • Installing New Hardware and Associate Reconfigurations
  • IP Address Changes
  • Routine Maintenance on System and Ancillaries

Hours of Availability

Premise Telephony - MACs and Maintenance hours of service are usually between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Under extenuating circumstances, services can be performed after business hours when the required work may affect the entire telecommunications system in an adverse way.
