We provide Project Management services on a consulting basis.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Identify a primary point of contact to work with us to coordinate the activities being performed by the Project Management service.
  • Provide a bill code that can be charged for the services being provided.
  • Engage the Project Management service as soon as possible for any given IT project to:
    • Allow for the immediate or future planned allocation of a project management resources to the target agency project. A lead time of two to three months is ideal to ensure availability of a project manager at the desired point in time.
    • Aid in the IT project approval process, as required by SB991.
    • Assess IT project management needs.

Hours of Availability

  • Business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
  • Project managers can be made available on a 24/7 basis if needed.
