Distributed Hosting Technical Details Technical Details The Distributed Hosting service design includes multiple, redundant and diverse high-speed Internet connections, security systems and zones, procedures, cooling and environmental systems, and redundant power. Physical site security includes: Coded key cards and zoned access to different areas of the building An on-site security force Surveillance cameras located throughout the facility and grounds A database of individuals authorized to access the facility Secured customer access is available 24/7. All visitors must be escorted. Hosting services provides a variety of Business Continuity services based on the Agency Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Core Infrastructure is defined as common services and components such as Active Directory or Netbackup services that support all state enterprise requirements. Our Core Infrastructure Recovery Time Objective is 72 hours. Agencies must provide for supplemental recovery hardware in their application design requirements. Hours of Availability This service is available to customers 24/7, excluding planned outage maintenance windows and unavoidable events. Maintenance windows are used only when needed for planned changes that have gone through the our Change Management process. In addition to our Standard Maintenance Windows, site-specific changes may be coordinated with customers at non-standard times. Standard maintenance window for hardware and patching is defined as: 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each Sunday
