Support for specific advanced features not listed may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. All service requests are initiated and documented by the NCDIT Service Portal, which is available 24/7. All database system changes are governed by our change control policy and procedures.

Hours of Availability
Standard support hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Additionally, the Database Hosing Team is staffed to support service requests until 1 a.m. 24/7. On-call support is available for production services. Scheduled maintenance windows are negotiated and agreed upon in advance.
