Communications Hub

Looking for the Communications Hub?

The Communications Hub, also know as the CommHub, provides a single channel of communications for DIT customers.  The CommHub will send email notifications to customers as well as allow customers to “pull” information to fit their needs.  It us used to publish information about DIT services and products including:

  • current status of services
  • information about planned and unplanned service outages
  • annoucements about new or changed service offerings
  • technical information bulletins and other publications 

The NCDIT Comm Hub is restricted to government and educational agencies. If you need assistance accessing the NCDIT Comms Hub, please submit a ticket through the NCDIT Service Portal or email ditbrm@nc.gov .
