NC 211 Cybercrime Support Hotline

North Carolina residents who are the victims of cybercrime can dial 211 for help.

North Carolina residents can dial 211 to find resources to deal with identity theft, financial fraud, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and other cybercrimes. This free, confidential service is available 24/7 in multiple languages.

Callers can also get help reporting cybercrime and filing crime reports with the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

The service is possible because of a partnership between the United Way of North Carolina's NC 211 and the Cybercrime Support Network with grant funding from the Governor’s Crime Commission via the Victims of Crime Act.

In addition to cybercrime support, NC 211's database has more than 16,000 health and human services, such as food, housing, utility and health care assistance.
