Eric Boyette and Jim Whitehurst will have a "fireside" style conversation on the crucial elements of digital transformation. The two leaders will address key organizational challenges and opportunities and focus on culture, leadership, context setting, innovation, and much more. This fireside chat is not to be missed! 

Discovery Sprints Workshop

Emily Wright Moore, User Experience Designer
Lauren Lockwood, Founder & Principal, Bloom

As a former member of the United States Digital Service, Emily Wright Moore played a lead role in designing Vets.gov. She was also a Code for America Fellow in Austin, Texas. Lauren Lockwood is the former Chief Digital Officer for the City of Boston and co-founder of Bloom. Emily and Lauren will talk about Discovery Sprints: a time-bound activity to investigate business challenges through information gathering, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas. Following their presentation, they will conduct a hands-on activity as a part of our breakout sessions.
